If you are having trouble finding the meeting and/or materials you are looking for, please adjust the time/date filter next to the Search bar. Please see agendas and meeting information for Metro Council meetings and work sessions, as well as Metro Policy Advisory Committee (MPAC), Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation (JPACT), and Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC) meetings below.

To find specific meeting materials: use the Search bar to search for resolution titles, names, and other keywords.

To find legislation and other meeting materials for a specific meeting: select the “meeting information” link next to the meeting. Then click on the “File #” link on the right-hand side of the screen to see materials associated with the agenda items. You can also access materials by opening the meeting agenda and selecting the item links in the PDF.

To find a full meeting packet: select the “meeting information” link and view the attachments above the meeting items. Meeting packets are updated after the meeting to include materials distributed at the meeting.
